When done right workplace wellness programs have a very positive effect on employee wellness behavior and reduce employer health costs. Many companies have been resistant to implement wellness programs due to logistics and cost. Central PA Workplace Wellness makes it easy and changes all that by providing excellent ‘lunch and learn’ wellness workshops for Central PA employers all at no cost.
Lunch N’ Learn events are held at your location presented on the topic(s) you choose from a list of fun, engaging health themes. Programs are usually 30-60 minutes in length and are presented during lunch hours (unless requested otherwise). Each presentation is ‘free’ to both the employer and employees and includes a delicious Subway lunch for up to 40 employees. We also provide free spinal health screenings at employee health fairs.
Central PA Workplace Wellness was created by wellness author and chiropractic physician Dr. John Madeira. He is a Central PA native with a prestigious 30 year career as a wellness expert and chiropractic physician. He is the author of three books on wellness and an accomplished speaker who gives nearly 100 wellness presentations yearly.
